Havenior was just an idea that turned into reality.

Catan Homes is created from the last names of Cariñola and Tan, with “Homes” included to show our focus on residential properties.
During this phase, we help homeowners to manage their leads: answering calls for them, and carrying their hassles (for Rents only and in Mandaluyong CIty).

This is where our website was born, “like google maps, but residential properties” which allow homeowners to display their home with ease, and we’ll do the marketing.
This is where we also decided to be like Zillow but Philippine version (not exactly look and function like Zillow but based on their map view).

This is where we took it to the next level, “Zillow, but Phillipine version” which is identical but different. We only focused on providing a platform for homeowners, brokers, agencies, to connect with buyers, tenants, and any other individual.
It functions like Zillow, but the brand / Identity itself what makes us different.
This is where we also rename it to Havenior, reflecting a sense of belonging for everyone involved here, compared to Catan Homes.
Havenior comes from the word “Haven” meaning a safe place, which represents who we are—a warm and trusted space for the real estate marketplace. The suffix “ior” is used for comparatives, showing that when it comes to a safe real estate marketplace, we are better.

Here, we decided to be not like Zillow of the Philippines, rather be our own (creating our own image for Philippines), It’s the popularity of Zillow in US what we’re trying to get.
